The furnished apartments of Filanthi are open from April to October to offer their services.

 

The apartments of Filanthi consist of seven (7) rooms, fully equipped with the necessary amenities. 

 

Each one has a comfortable WC with shower, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air condition, television and of course a large balcony overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. 

 

The rooms are very meticulous, spacious and can accommodate 2-4 people, after having a sofa double bed and also be able to add a folding bed in the room. Our primary concern is the cleanliness of the rooms.

ACHERONTAS -NECROMANCY 

 

Acherontas River originates from the mountains of Ioannina, following a route of 64km, and empties into the Ionian Sea.

According to mythology, the river was the way through which Charon lead the souls to Acherousia lake, where, in the depths of this lake, was the kingdom of Hades. For this reason, it was founded on northeast shore of Acherousia lake, over a cave, the most important place of worship the gods of the underworld and of communication with the souls of the dead, the Necromancy of Acherontas River.

In this place, the visitors, after being undergoing preparation of several days, which was involving isolation and a special diet, were driven to underground halls of Necromancy, where they were about to communicate with the spirits of dead loved ones, who were prophesying the future.

With the legends to flow in its waters, it is attractive because it is one of the most beautiful rivers with a rich ecological interest. The Necromancy is in the village of Mesopotamos and 8km away from the beach of Vrachos.
